I hadn't been to the forest in a long time, and thought that today would be a great day to go out and explore. I had found a foot trail that didn't look very long. I shrugged and began wondering about the woods and taking in its beauty. A smile was plastered to my facials and my hands were shoved in my pockets. I moseying along at a slow pace, not really watching where I was going, let alone thinking about it. Pretty much just letting my feet go wherever they please. My long jeans drug on the ground a little as I walked along and a plain white t-shirt hugged my torso, revealing a few muslces that were hidden under there. I gave a small sigh. Loving the peacefulness and quietness of the woods. Glad to be away from the hustle and bustle of the barn.

Temporary/Permanent post until Jockey reads h/l mssg and we figure this out:
She sat quietly in her truck as she arrived at the new barn. Why had her parents suggested this place? She didn't see anything special about it yet, then again this was the first time she had actually seen the place. She sighs softly and gets out quietly, she looks around a little bit without moving from her truck and sees the woods and smiles softly knowing there had to be trails in there somewhere. Her legs carry her slowly toward them as her weight shifted from leg to leg. After a while she reached the edge of the trees and saw a dirt path, starting to walk on it she followed it quietly, a small smile on her face as she realized how peaceful it was as the occasional bird chirped and flew from a nest, the small squirrel scampered away hearing her get closer. She kept walking, looking around as she did so, her blue eyes scanning the canvas around her, it seemed like the perfect place to draw; and it was so quiet, it seemed like the type of place that people rarely came, so she wouldn't have to worry about being interrupted if she needed a place to think.

I kept walking, not really paying attention to anything that was going on around me. I was just soaked up by the silence and beauty of the woods that I had no idea that someone else was on that very same trail as me, until I ran into her. My face fell and my hand landed on her arm and slightly gripped it, making sure that she wouldn't fall over. I gave her a worried look for a second and then flashed her a faint smile. Are you alright? I questioned as my hand still slightly gripped her upper arm. The look of concern still held in my eyes, but that faint boyish smile held my facials. I waited for answer

She jumps a little, not seeing the male appear falling back on a foot as a natural reaction to get out of his way, her eyes darted down trying not to make eye contact knowing he might be mad, at least it was...until he grabbed her. I'm sorry. she says quickly allowing her light blue eyes to rise and meet his. She exhales slightly in relief seeing the worry in them before she nods quietly, relieved he didn't appear to be mad...yet. I'm okay, are you? she asks quietly before. I didn't see you...guess I got too wrapped up in the beauty of the trail. she says softly, glancing around before looking back at him, waiting patiently for an answer.

My faint smile widened a bit when I heard she was fine. No, I think it was my fault for running into you I gave a small laugh and let my arm drop to my side. I glanced around for a moment. I totally understand. I was sort of lost in my own thoughts and memorized by the beauty of this place. And don't worry I'm alright. It takes more then a small run in to really hurt me I joked around a little with the last set of my words. The girl before me was cute, she looked to be around 19 or twenty, and it wouldn't hurt just to talk to the girl. She looked new to these parts and everyone could use a friend. So you just move here? I asked. I raised one brow, but that friendly boyish smile rested upon my facials.

She listens to him and nods quietly Yea...Kinda. I've lived around here for a while but it was recommended that I come here and check it out. I need a place to work my horse and occasionally take a nice ride out of the arena, and this seems to be the place....so far at least. she says softly. She looks up at him and smiles slightly knowing that she had said too much, trying to hide her embarrassment. Then sighs softly and puts her head down. I guess I'm just a noob to this facility.

I listened to her talk and could only smile. Well, that is good that you came here. It is a great place to do just that and admire the beauty of nature That boyish smile still sprawled across my facials. I listened to her last set of words and couldn't really believe it. No, you aren't a noob. Just new to this place. You just need a friend to show you around help you settle down into a barn and house. I can help you with all of that. My name is Saxson by the way. I stuck my hand out towards the girl, not judgeing her own bit. That friendly smile still plastered upon my facials.

Woo...a new friend...JUST what I've always wanted she thought to herself. She shrugs slightly and nods before extending her hand to take his I'm Jacque...nice to meet you. she replies quietly before putting her head down to stare at the ground, knowing he had better things to do than help her out. Besides...Who would want to be seen with the 'new girl'? she thinks to herself quietly. Her head started to fill with flashbacks as she remembered her first days of the different schools she had gone to because of her parents changing jobs until she refused to move anymore and graduated from the local high school. She closes her eyes tightly for a minute as she tried to push the memories aside and focus on the current conversation.

Jacque Her name rang in my auds. Pleasure, Jacque I flashed her a smile and let my hand drop back to my side and slide into my pocket. I watched as her head dropped towards the ground. She looked troubled and a small worried look came to my facials. Ok, so I know that I have only known you for about two minutes, but are you alright? Emotionally, not physically. You look afraid or something. Is it something that I said? I asked with some concern set in my voice as I watched the girl for a moment. She seemed sort of sad or troubled. One of my brows raised, curious as to what was going on. Though I knew that I probably shouldn't poke and prod at her problems, but I hated seeing any girl that was troubled. Maybe it was something I said were the words that ran through my skull as I waited for her answer.

She nods a little in response to him before picking her head up to look at him Y-....Yea. she stutters a little I'm fine... she says softly trying to push the thought to the back of her mind Friend....Saxson... the two didn't want to seem to go together as she thought them in her head, but she would have to get used to it, no matter how painful it would be, she knew there would never be anyone that wanted her as more than a 'friend' wherever went so close to home. She didn't know why the words hurt so much, she had only known him for a few minutes, and their meeting was by compete accident.

I gave her skeptical look as she stuttered, but I wasn't going to poke and prod to get to the bottom of her problems. I barely knew her, so there was no reason for me to do so. Well, if you say you are alright, then why don't we head out to Shadowed Hearts. I motioned towards the trail and looked back at Jacque. You can meet my cousin, meet some horses. Maybe even go for ride. I gave her toothy grin, trying to lighten the mood a little. She just seemed troubled and I guess I wanted to help by making her feel welcomed or somthing like that.

She nods a little and watches him before turning and following him quietly, crossing her arms across her chest and putting her head down to stair at the trail, keeping his feet in view so she could still follow. She sighs a little in content, trying to make him think there was nothing wrong and looked from stick to stick, and loose rock as they went along.
